What is the Bioprotector?

The Bioprotector is an attractive, copper-toned disc that offers EMF protection against the harmful effects of non-ionizing radiation from an array of wired and wireless technologies.

 

Bioprotector – How does it work?

The Bioprotector has electro-physical properties that protect the human body and bio-field from the harmful effects of electromagnetic radiation or EMF. Because the Bioprotector comes in three different sizes, the type you choose depends on your needs and the space you are covering. You simply need to place the Bioprotector near you, or carry it with you, to receive EMF protection. Our smallest product available, the Cell Phone Bioprotector, simply adheres directly on the back of your phone or may be placed inside the battery pocket. This product provides specific cell phone radiation protection.
All Bioprotector products do not interfere with the functioning of cell phones, computers or common household appliances.

 

What is electromagnetic radiation?

When any wired object – such as an antenna – conducts an alternating current it produces electromagnetic radiation. Therefore, it is easy to see that we are subjected to electromagnetic radiation from innumerable sources. It cannot be seen or felt, but research has shown that EMF interferes with the healthy functioning of our bodies.

 

Are cell phones safe? I heard they cause cancer.

For the first time on record, on May 31, 2011, the World Health Organization/International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) classified cell phone radiation as a possible carcinogenic, putting mobiles in the same risk category as lead, the pesticide DDT, engine exhaust, and chloroform. This research is based on an increased risk for glioma, a malignant type of brain cancer, associated with wireless phone use. The agency categorized cell phone radio frequency electromagnetic fields (EMF) as Category 2B – POSSIBLE CARCINOGENIC TO HUMANS. “The evidence, while still accumulating, is strong enough to support a conclusion and the 2B classification…The conclusion means that there could be some risk, and therefore we need to keep a close watch for a link between cell phones and cancer risk,” said Jonathan Samet, of the University of Southern California, who chairs the IARC working group. While this is not a definitive proof of cell phone-cancer link, when combined with numerous studies in the past, we can conclude that precautionary principle (which states that if an action or policy has a suspected risk of causing harm to the public or to the environment, in the absence of scientific consensus that the action or policy is harmful, the burden of proof that it is not harmful falls on those taking the action) should be followed. This dictates that manufactures should be shoring the burden of responsibility, but in the absence of that it is up to individuals to exercise caution and make prudent choices in protecting oneself by way of using some sort of EMF protection or specific cell phone radiation protection. There are over 5 billion cell phone users worldwide. This issue of a possible link between cell phone radiation and brain cancer, as well as other possible health effects of cell phone radiation, will have to be addressed by the WHO and every individual country. That is why some public health experts and organizations like Environmental Health Group in the USA are asking for stronger safeguards for consumers when it comes to cell phone radiation and cell phone safety. With all other possible effects of electromagnetic radiation from cell phones, cell phone towers, microwave ovens and so on, the onus is on each individual to decide if the regulations imposed by the government are enough. Are today’s standards sufficient to protect our health? We at Bioprotector Canada don’t think so and encourage everyone to use cell phone radiation protection and EMF radiation protection.

 

Home & Office Bioprotector – Where is it used?

You can use the Home & Office Bioprotector anywhere you spend long periods of time and may be exposed to EMF health risks – where you work, exercise, sleep, watch TV, etc. It is easily portable, so it can be taken with you wherever you go to protect you from EMF dangers. It is recommended to use the Home & Office Bioprotector during the practice of yoga, meditation and other similar activities. Furthermore, its use is highly recommended in rehabilitation centers, thermal springs, spas, hospitals and similar institutions. The Bioprotector can also be embedded in the foundation of a home or other buildings for greater EMF radiation protection.

 

Can a Personal or Home & Office Bioprotector be used to protect the head from cell phone radiation?

Unfortunately cell phones are too close to the human head during the regular use for any other Bioprotector to offer sufficient EMF protection. That is why we designed a Cell Phone Bioprotector to protect the head from the effects of cell phone radiation.

 

Can a Cell Phone Bioprotector be used on other household devices?

Yes, but it is more economical to use the Home & Office Bioprotector for this purpose since it effectively covers a larger area of your home, approximately 7 meters in diameter.

 

Is there a Bioprotector that I can wear all the time?

We are currently working on sourcing a way to offer this. In the meantime, we recommend using the Personal Bioprotector and carry it on your person at all times – in your purse or wallet, pocket, etc. You can keep it on your bedside table while you sleep as well, though we recommend the Home & Office Bioprotector for your bedroom.

 

Does the Bioprotector require a battery or power supply?

No, Bioprotector is a “green” device and functions purely on its design and composition properties.

 

Are humans the only ones that are benefiting from the Bioprotector?

No, animals, plants and other forms of life will also benefit from EMF radiation protection.

 

Are existing EMF public safety standards satisfactory?

Unfortunately, they are too lenient. The process of setting such standards has little if any input from outside the professional engineering field and closely related commercial interests. In conjunction with the fact that these emissions are invisible and intangible, the general public has very little knowledge regarding them.

 

The packaging is very attractive, but if I remove the Bioprotector from its sleeve won’t it increase its effectiveness?

No. Both the Home & Office and Personal Bioprotectors are meant to be used in their protective packaging. The only exception to this is the Cell Phone Bioprotector. It should be adhered directly onto your cell phone, either on the back or in the battery pocket if it will fit.

 

What is the return policy?

Consumers may return the undamaged product in an undamaged case and protective wrapping within two weeks of purchase. The purchase price will be refunded less any shipping charges.
